Free Consultation Service
We offer a FREE initial consultation to discuss an outline of your property improvement project. We hope we can establish trust, faith and a great rapport during this first conversation. Please note every project is different and the estimate you get during initial consultation sometimes changes after the survey and home measure.
If you have a commercial project i.e residential estates, offices and other commercial buildings, please contact us to discuss your requirements. However, for own home or private real estate projects, refundable deposit of
– 100.000Frs CFA for Survey & Design of 1 or 2 Rooms,
– 150.000Frs CFA for Survey & Design of 3 or 4 Rooms, or
– £200.000Frs CFA for Survey & Design of 5 or more Rooms
will start the project. This covers
– Second Consultation (Requirements Gathering); Face-to-Face, Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp, or just a phone call,
– Room Survey and Measuring,
– Room Designs,
– Design Presentation (Third Appointment) with Detailed Quotation.
At the end of the third appointment, when you commission us with manufacturing, sourcing and supplying the project, the survey down payment will be deducted from the detailed quotation.
Room Measuring & Survey Service
Designing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms begins with taking room measurements. Please send this to us via email, whatsapp or other social media.
Great room designs require accurate recording of room sizes, shapes, structure and service locations. Taking measurements can be tricky.
Our trained surveyors in Cameroon and Ghana will visit the estates to carry out surveying/measuring. This will inform both your design decisions and our design proposals.
All we need is the address, date, time and the assurance someone will be on site to let us in.
Room Design & Presentation Service
Using the number one British KBB design software or choice, Virtual Worlds, by Logicom, we shall generate annotated 2d diagrams and highly rendered 3d images of your rooms. KBB designing is a science and rules of practice like the working triangle, health and safety, functionality Vs aesthetics we uphold. If you can conceive and describe it, we shall help articulate and create it. If not, we have one of the best KBB design teams who will inspire you.
Our 15-year kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design experience will facilitate bespoke designs to suit your preferences, styles, requirements and investments.
We absolutely love bringing rooms to life and we hold a plethora of projects and testimonials that attest to our passion. Our projects cover all styles from African traditional, Western traditional, modern, contemporary and art deco.

Manufacturing & Sourcing Service
When you are happy with our designs and quotations, you may want to make use of our stress-free manufacturing and sourcing service.
Using experienced local craftmanship and precision of some of the best branded power tools (like Dewalt, Bosch, Makita, Metabo, Erbauer, Ryobi, Black & Decker etc), we shall manufacture your wooden products that meet our ethos of high quality finish. All wooden products are made by ourselves while other products like baths, appliances, brassware and sanitary ware we source at home and abroad.
We have an extensive network of partnerships in Cameroon, Nigeria and the UK, giving you access to an international selection of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom products.
Once all products are manufactured to our finishing standards, or sourced, we then schedule delivery to coincide with commencement of installation.
Installation Service
By now, our installation service would have already been priced into our quotation at the design and presentation stage. On the rare occasion that we cannot install a particular item for any reason, we shall recommend a qualified electrician, or gas fitter by matching their skillsets to the technical requirements of your project.
The quality of installation and the skill set of your tradesman are as important as the quality of products. Professional installation is of paramount importance especially for well finished products. So let us help you here. If you let a cowboy fitter install a high quality product, the result will be quite unsatisfactory.
